Check the fuses and see if the vacuum lines have leaks or are disconnected.
If neither of these works then it would be better to refer to a repair manual as this sort of information is outside the scope of wikianswers. Repair manuals are available on-line as well as model-specific message boards where you will be able to find detailed information on determining the problem then on how to best fix it.
