What do you do when there is a user not properly answering questions on WikiAnswers?

If you see a user that is answering multiple questions incorrectly (or violating our Community Guidelines in any other way), please report the user via the "Report Vandalism and Abuse" section of the Community Forum. A Supervisor will then deal with the Vandal ASAP.
