Simply breath really rapidly like you had just run a marathon! This is helpful for breath holding contests. If you hyperventilate for about 5 sec. and then go limp this will put tons of oxygen in your blood while not moving will prevent oxygen consumption. I can hold my breath for usually about ~1:50 :)

If you breath, oxygen will go into your lungs and be diffused into your bloodstream. However, to get more than the usual amount of oxygen into your blood, the easiest method is to go to a high altitude place for a long enough time to fully aclimitize. This means allowing your body to produce more red blood cells to compensate for the low oxygen concentration caused by the high altitude. Then, when you return to a lower altitude, you will have, temporarily, more red blood cells than you need which will allow you to get more oxygen to the mouscles that need it, increasing your physical performance.

Breathing too rapidly or deeply. It makes you take in more oxygen than you need, depriving you of Carbon Dioxide, Which is why you start feeling a tingling Sensation around your mouth, in your chest and in your fingers. A way to make it go away is to breathe slowly or breathe into a paper bag. Breathing slowly will help so you don't take any more Oxygen into you blood stream then you already have. and breathing into a paper bag will help you take in the carbon dioxide that you are lacking. hyperventilating is not something you should be scared about, you won't die, even if you think you are, just stay calm. :)

If you keep breathing rapidly, without doing any activity, the oxygen in your blood should arise, just as it works when adrenaline starts working.
