Well, you can express anger in many ways. Some ways to express anger is physically fighting, yelling or screaming, crying, and physically breaking objects. People express their anger in many different ways, it depends on the respect you have for yourself and others.
When you get very angry, find a fluffy pillow, and punch it has hard as you can, repeatedly until you are satisfied and calm. If that doesn't work i recommend you get a journal and you vent inside until you feel better
Always try to remember one mantra "Analyze the consequences". It is not easy, but try to slowly master it and it will help you calm down and react more sensibly. Hope this helps.
