Sit down and talk to them, explain what has happened and why you did what you did and apologize.
When you apologize you have to mean it and be prepared not to repeat what you did to cause the problem. Depending on how old you are you may also have to be prepared to be 'grounded' for a bit. If this is the case keep to the terms of the grounding don't complain.
You parents will love you and want the best for you whatever you may have done, give them a chance to show this.
