What do you do when you lost the case of your sims 3 and you cant install the game?

Because all Sims games come with a serial code, you can Google the code and use that, for example:
I have the base game ( The Sims 3 ) and lost the code. So I Google: The Sims 3 serial code. Keep searching for the code ( it won't take long ) and use it to install your game.
I've done it before and the game runs perfectly. No cheats, no downloads, just Google!

You will need these in order to install your game. If you cant find them contact EA and explain that you have lost them and they can help you out. I cant guarantee they still have help for The Sims 1 as it is quite old now but that is the best way to solve the problem, email or phone them and ask.
