What do you do when you see a tiger?

If you see a tiger, scream as loud as you can, wait for it to run away, and then you run like hell. A scream shows the tiger that you are more powerful than it, and it will naturally run away, based on instinct. However, once the tiger realizes that its been tricked, the trick will not work again. Therefore, run like the wind.

Another option, is to climb a tree. Contrary to popular belief, tigers cannot climb trees that well, unlike the leopard. They, like the lions, are heavy and will not be able to haul themselves up. However, in the event that they do, this is where you pick the right tree to climb. If you must climb a tree, make sure to climb the one with the thinnest tree trunk. As afore mentioned, tigers are heavy, and would not be able to climb thin trees.

Or, if you carry a bomb, or some form of explosion, just use it.

First, it will try to slink away undetected. Failing that, it will demonstrate by growling, maybe even bluff charge, pulling up short of it's percieved threat. Finally if all else fails, it may press home the charge, and maul or kill the threatening creature.
