You need to be more specific. Generally, when several things go wrong around the same time, it just seems like "everything" just falls apart. Is your house still standing; is your town/city still standing? Step back and reassess what you need to do. Choose the simplest fix first. If you can find something that you can successfully accomplish, that perception that it's "everything" will go away.
PS: If you live in Haiti, I apologize. But even if you do, the last sentence above will go a long way.
Just think of all the disasters which could befall you in the channel tunnel. What if the tunnel falls apart? What if it explodes? Anything is possible.

Actually, It depends on the kind of car. I remember my friend's Honda CRX car just fell apart after 17 years, and my other frieln's pathfinder broke down after about 5 years. So, I guess it just depends on the kind of car.
