Life often surprises us with unexpected twists and challenges, reminding us that certainty is an illusion. Just when we believe we have everything under control, unforeseen circumstances can disrupt our plans and force us to adapt. This unpredictability can be frustrating, but it also presents opportunities for growth and resilience. Embracing the chaos can ultimately lead to new insights and a deeper understanding of ourselves.
You need to be more specific. Generally, when several things go wrong around the same time, it just seems like "everything" just falls apart. Is your house still standing; is your town/city still standing? Step back and reassess what you need to do. Choose the simplest fix first. If you can find something that you can successfully accomplish, that perception that it's "everything" will go away. PS: If you live in Haiti, I apologize. But even if you do, the last sentence above will go a long way.
