The filters are either ver dirty or clogged which wont allow the water to filter properly. I recommend that you replace the filters.
No, but it will not clean the water just circulate it, the water will still turn green after a while you should get a filter hooked up as soon as you can.
You should never clean all the filter media at the same time because you don't want to loose the cycled bacteria. It will not do any harm to clean some of the filter media out gently and maybe increase the water flow which may turn off the warning light.
put the filter in rinse for a little while and see if that helps You have a damaged filter element in the D E filter. A: Sand filters will sometimes blow dust back to the pool.
yes! you can always filter it.
Yes
I am afraid that the only way is for you to get a pool filter to look after it for you. There are small not terribly expensive units available and in the long run it will turn out cheaper than the excess water bill. in the mean time make sure you keep up some sort of germicide.
Turn on the pump and put in some DE. Or clean it with filter cleaner and re-assemble then turn ont he pump and add DE.
I put water in the filter box and when I turn on the filter water is not circulating thru the chlorinator as if there is a blockage. I have cleaned both the areas and th skimmer basket and the basket to the filter are both clean. I have tried the waste cycle and the water is not escaping. Its very frustration as I generally use half a bucket to get it going and its now not going. Please help Regards Paul P
Purchase the correct size filter and make sure is is a premium filter such as AC/Delco, Purolator, Wix, or Bosch. Remove the old filter and throw it away. Clean the mounting surface and look at is closely for any scratches or gouges. If it is clean and not damaged, apply a thin layer of oil to the gasket on the new filter or it can leak. Turn the new filter 3/4 turn after making contact with the mounting surface. No more than 3/4 turn or it can leak. You will not have a leak if you do this.
Change the fuel filter or drain the water out of the fuel filter.
You can use a water filter(Brita is best!!) Or you can boil or distill it.
Sugar will not turn to sluge or 'cement' in your gas tank. It will however block your fuel injectors and fuel filter. Replace the fuel injectors or clean them and replace your fuel filter. You may have to replace your fuel filter a few times. If you can, take your gas tank out and wash it with water.
