It's probably something personal and you should just mind your own business.
But if it's something you should know, talk to her (in person, no facebook or anything) about it and let her know you'll support her and you won't turn on her.
She might be worried you'll be mad. Make sure she knows you're there for her.
Don't pressure her. If she doesn't wanna tell you, let it be, maybe it's not your place to know.
