Well, it depends on if you actually want to or not.
If you don't, you should tell her no. Maybe say that you respect her too much. It might not seem cool to tell her no, but trust me, once you make it to high school preteens dating will just seem stupid and you'll be glad you didn't.
If you want to say yes, I suppose you find a nice hidden spot and pray you don't get caught.
