Not sure what your question is. You are going to be around other naked guys many times in your life. It is no big deal. Every man looks at every other man in these sitsuations. It may just be a glance or it can be a good hard look. Sometimes you can't believe what you see. Every man is insecure about what he has and wants to see how he measures up the the group he is in. In any case, don't worry about it. Every man is different, some big, some small and every shape and size in between. Change your clothes, do what you need to do and get on with it. Every man has the same equipment, some just have more than others.
Don't worry about it, you've all got the same! Never feel embarrassed about your own body, it is fine.
