2WD - two possibilities - your brakes have adjusted out too far and are locking the drum from turning - or - the wheel bearings have been destroyed due to overheating (lack of lubrication) and frozen the wheel from turning. 4WD - additional possibilities - the axle from the differentail to the wheel may have failed or one of the gears in the differential may have failed.
