2WD - two possibilities - your brakes have adjusted out too far and are locking the drum from turning - or - the wheel bearings have been destroyed due to overheating (lack of lubrication) and frozen the wheel from turning. 4WD - additional possibilities - the axle from the differentail to the wheel may have failed or one of the gears in the differential may have failed.

That depends on what size tire you have installed. Look on the driver's door post for the correct size tire for your Honda.
