If you have a crush on her and your trying to get to know her, either she doesn't like you or your coming on to strong. You could apologise to her and ask her about if she likes you and if she doesn't leave her alone. If you think she likes you just back off a bit. If she still doesn't open up, then tell her a bit about yourself (only do this if you guys justed started dating, because you will be too obvious if you don't openly like her). Bear in mind that this may be her personality.
