Go click on the big computer monitor thing or just click on the big book on the right, very, very low bottom. As it says, click on a mission and you'll be trying to complete it. Check websites to complete them all. No one knows where you'll get new missions, but it's all up to the CP staff.

Sadly, Clubpenguin Elite Penguin Force and Clubpenguin EPF Herbert's Revenge Command Coach features are NOT compatible with eachother, only elite penguin force is compatible with elite penguin force and vice versa (I think that is how you use the phrase vice versa...)
