There is a small barrel of explosives on the mast above the Pirate Outpost. Above it, at the very top, is a Cannon Starter Kit (fuses). Get those and return to the barrel.
Push the barrel off the mast to the left, and again until it is in the water below. Swim across and position it directly under the golden tooth in the stone skull. Go to the cannon at the left and fire it. If you hit the barrel, the golden tooth falls out, revealing the Map Piece.

At Parrot Port, the colorful parrot is by the Trading Post. He will give you the run-around before revealing his value. You will have to swim in the sea, and then block the smoke from a chimney. He will appear at far right in a palm tree, and direct you to his owner in the tower near the dock. Once you have seen the pirate, you can use the cracker to lure the parrot on the rooftops. His owner has the Treasure Map piece for the island.

∙ 13y agoyou put it under the gold tooth then you go all the way up and get the cannon starter kit, go back down to the barrel go to the left until you see the cannon click it and it will hit the barrel [ the barrel has to be directly inder the golen tooth] the golden tooth will fall then you will see a map piece jump up to grab it

You need the cracker from Petey's Pirate Pub. It is at the upper left inside. Before you give it to the parrot you have to complete his challenges (jump in the sea, clog the vent). When he tells you to talk to the pirate, go to the tower then use the cracker (your character yells "Polly wanna cracker?"). The pirate gives you the map piece and both disappear when you leave the island.
