This probably means your battery is dead. First, you should buy a wall charger for the iPod. If this doesn't help, you can go to an Apple Store and they'll give you more info.
When the battery runs low.
The best way to do this is to turn your volume down low, and to keep the brightness low. It makes the battery life considerably longer.
Failing to press the on button, battery low or faulty.
Like, maybe, the battery's getting low?
It means to change the battery on the control
The computer must not be in sleep or hibernate mode for it to charge. The battery's memory may be broken, you may have charged it into a secondary USB port. I might suggest, if you can charge it, to charge it FULLY and then let it run all the way out, so that the battery's memory detects its real battery life.
is your battery Low or poor?? Charge your battery on slow charge for 8hrs to give it a good deep charge, Installing an alternator on a low or dead battery will ruin it and also not charge your battery properly.. An alternator is not a battery charger its a battery maintainer!!
There should be a little light next to the off button. Its green when the battery if fully charged, its orange when its charging/ needs charging and its red when its got very low battery. I hope this helps you :D
charge it when it has 1 bar of battery left or says low battery.
It depends how low the battery is and if your iPod is on or off.About an hour to two hours to charge from bottom to top, just wait till the bar is green.
