Sounds like a stomach bug. Unfortunately, anti-biotics don't cure viruses, so you'll have to wait it out. Drink a lot of water and take Vitamin C. Make sure you give your house a good cleaning when you're feeling better so you don't run the risk of re-infecting yourself with the virus.
