Remove the brake calipers and lightly tap the rotor with a rubber hammer. They should free up easily.
break them into pieces after drilling them and just slide them off.
Take off the front wheel and you will see the rotors right behind it. (the shiny round thing about 10 inches across. )
you need a caliper piston tool from autozone..and pads first and then you take caliper off of car and use tool to suppress the caliper piston.by using the old brake pad.the tool cost about.6 or 7$ that should do it for you

remove the brake caliper and the rotors come right off
take the wheels off, unbolt the brake calipers and the pull them off and now you can just pull the rotors off.
Tap on your 1998 Mazda brake rotors with a hammer or mallet until they become loose. The brake rotors will simply slide off.
take wheels off, remove brake calipers. rotors slide right off.

Pull the tires off and take the brake calipers off and the rotors will pull off.
