If you mean how can everyone be stopped from smoking, I don't think that is possible. It's still a matter of personal choice and banning a substance (like tobacco or liquor or anything) has never worked. I found this great app that has helped me curb my smoking habit! while i have not quit fully, i do feel like I am doing something special for my body by cutting back from 2 packs per day to just under a pack, the rewarding messages i get really do help in my personal and private struggle to kick the habit. Smoking can only be stopped by sheer determination and personal urge to leave it from Day One, instead of cajoling over gums !
