Never go out with some one that much older then you well at least not when you are a fourth grade. Your situation is like a 5th grader dating a high school student. It's a very big stretch from 5th grade to 7th grade. Generally, a 5th grader is too young to date at all. 7th graders are in a different social circle than 5th graders because of the age difference. It would be difficult to get a 7th grader to ask a 5th grader out.
