When asked, what you like the most and least about a job, list a couple of things that you do love about it. Do not list anything that you don't like. Just say that there isn't anything that you don't like.
they like there job because they get to dig and explore the past. they also write books about what they find out and they might like writing?
the schedule. .dont like middle shifts
When you are asked this, it means what about the possible job do you like, and what do you think you might not like as much. This is actually a tricky question. You are being asked to evaluate the position (the job you are applying for), but you do not want to sound too negative. Be honest, but be tactful. Tell what you like about the job-- why you want to be hired, what interested you about this particular position. But as for what you find the least attractive, that would depend on how much you know about the job duties or the hours or the pay.
You may be asked what you like the least about your job during an interview. This gives a potential new employer an idea how you feel about work and how you handle doing things you may not enjoy.

Red tape
It truly depends. The job may not be the job for every one. Most people who enlist work with their recruiters and do research on what its like to be an M1 armor crewman. So I would say that yes, most of them like their job because they found it was the right job for them. But its not the job for every one.
