A 'senior' supervisor manages more general categories, whereas 'ordinary' supervisors stick with just one category. For example I, as a 'standard' supervisor - look after just the snakescategory. Snakes is a sub-section of the general 'reptiles' section. The whole of the reptiles section is supervised by Stupid Little Genius.
