You can try scanning the picture and cropping or adjusting the size on the computer.

Cropping simply gets rid of 'unwanted' parts of a photograph. Say, for example, you had a photo of the Prime Minister at a garden party. He would usually be surrounded by lots of people. You might want to crop the picture to show just the PM without the others around him. Cropping would get rid of insignificant parts of the original picture - to just leave the main subject.
You can make it larger by cropping what you don't need on the picture the it will make it larger on its own
