You dont need anything,acutally. As long as you have the wii and a computer in your home with internet you can get it on your wii. First: Go to the wii home page.Second:Go to the wii icon at the bottom left of the screen.Third: go to settings and scroll through with the blue arrows and find the icon that says "internet" and click on it. Fourth: Go to wireless connection and connection 1 and stuff. Fifth: the wii will search for internet and then when it finds it you download it and go back and find an icon that says Wii24 and download that. You will then be able to use "mingle" on your mii channel and you will be able to shop for games on the internet at the "wii shop" channel.(and mingle means to meet up with other miis on other wii consoles and you can chat and-errmm....stuff)
If you mean web browsing, you have to download the browser from the wii shop channel for 500 to 800 wii points( I can't remember)
