yes ! you can keep pet skinks as long as you give it small amounts of food once a week. Some things you can feed your skink are:
-one slice of carrot (it will last a week)
-tiny bits of lettuce
-soggy oats (leave them in water for a minute at least then strain)
-crickets
-small Spiders or ants
-beatles
-dead flies
-they LOVE little bites of banana!
Fill a small bottle top with water and put it with the skink, whereever you chose to keep it, a shoebox with air holes is a good idea if you don't have anything else.
