you need the crow bar from the lady first go into the house from the chimney and then find the cat click on the shower and a cat will pop out and then pick up the bowl then go to the diner and ask the girl to fill it up with milk then go back to the house and get the cat down then make it go to the lower level then the cat will follow you go to the shop on your right. speak to the lady and she will give you a a crowbar hopes this helps!
