Assuming this is a first aid question, avoid putting anything on a burn from heat. DO NOT put butter or grease on the burn. It can be covered with a clean, dry dressing to protect it. There are spray products made with aloe vera and lidocaine that can be used for pain- but a LARGE burn should be seen by a doctor.
If you put your face on a hot stove, it WILL burn. It will also burn if you keep it over hot steam/smoke or a fire for a few minutes. Moral of the story question: Don't try to put your face on or directly above a stove.

what would a gas stove burner do to a females breast if put down the center hole of the burner for 5min's or longer with the flame on around them
No it is not safe to burn it.
turn on the stove and put some ice cubes on it (enough to cover your burnt area). when the ice cubes start to melt, place your burnt place on them. push them into the stove and when your burnt area touches the burning stove, your burn will be gone.
Don't sit on it.
You can put a cabinet over a stove. Just be careful about what you put in the cabinet since it will get warm from the stove.
