One formally refers to one Christian minister as "The Reverend <first name, last name>" or "The Reverend Mr/Ms/Dr <last name>. Thus: "The Reverend Gerard Werbecky" or "The Reverend Dr Borkent". If one refers to two ministers, as a couple or not, it would the "The Rev. Gerard Werbecky and the Rev. Dr. Jane Borkent". To their faces (and also when making third-person references subsequent to the first one) , you would address them (or refer to them) "Ms Werbecky" or "Dr. Borkent". If you are the ministers and are signing a letter, you would sign your name(s) without titles, and type underneath <first name, last name> followed by your academic letters.
