I would tell the interviewer that I am more than qualified , not under nor over. I would also entail the intrvier about the qualification and the strengths i posses and would let himself ponder as to why ? the job should not be given to me . thank you.

∙ 13y agoWell i really thought about that, if i were in your shoes i will be asking the same question, i can tell you on the fact i am looking on a downshift, i know this industry well i don't need to be in charge, i have been the person on a total top before, i can do that again, but i am really looking for a place were i can contribute, but i don't have to be the one running the show.

They are basically asking you about how good you are to do this job what the answer above says is another way to explain it.

∙ 11y agoPoint out the huge benefit of the shortened learning curve that new people always suffer through (don't say suffer, but you know) and how this will be good for the company because you will be ready to serve the customers at full capacity even sooner due to your apparently vast knowledge and education that not only meets their requirements, but exceeds them as well.
