Depends on the situation. Invited TO means you're invited to a place, like a party or a friend's house. Eg. You have been invited to a party down the road. <:D Invited FOR means you're invited for something like tea or coffee, mainly things not to do with caffeine :P Eg. You have been invited for tea by a friend.
What you should be doing is asking your friend if you can bring your uninvited friend along to the party as it could have been an oversight when your friend invited all her other friends. Just let it drop because the damage is done. You and your other friends have already hurt your friend and all of you knew what you were doing at the time!

Invited is the action, the invitation is what you get. If you receive an invitation, then you have been invited to a party.

Not a chance. They havnt been together for 8 years. Plus, Justin has a girl friend.
Rosaline was on the guestlist. If she hadn't been, Romeo wouldn't have bothered showing up. Rosaline was invited because she is a Capulet, Juliet's cousin.
