Remove the shrubs. Unfortunately, that is not a smart-aleck answer. Cats will spray "gateposts", the markers of their territory, to indicate that a particular stretch of turf is theirs. Your shrubs have become gatepost markers for the neighborhood cats, and the cats will continue to spray them, or their replacements. You might check with your local garden center for shrubs that smell bad to cats, and replace your current shrubbery with those.

you can put about 3 teaspoons of salt in a cup of vineger. let it sit open for 8-10 min. then put in a spray bottle and spray where the spiders are.
You Spray them w/ Lysol Lemon and they go away
Spray it with pesticides until it does not affect the spider anymore.
I'd imagine it wouldn't do them any good. The pressure of the spray would probably kill them anyway
spray them with deoderant and they shrivel up nicely
Then you need to get bug spray and spray around your house and around doors, small tight areas, due to the cause that the spiders may mate and spread more and more. If you don't spray around your house then they will multiply and you wont be able to stop them, unless you get a exterminator.
