If you're female tell them it's yours.
If you're male tell them it's not yours so they know you're not gay.
If they become angry that there's a girl's bra in your room tell them, "but hey, now we know I'm not gay! Yaaay..." and trail off with a sheepish look upon your face.
If you still get in trouble be happy. You got some boob action, and have a hilarious story about when the bra was found.
