What do you tell your wife when she asks if you still love her?

• To this day love has never been defined. There are different types of love. When young a couple falls madly in love with each other and are more sexually active; when they settle down to raise a family the children often take up the majority of both their lives and with the husband working; wife looking after the children they are both full time jobs and it can be exhausting and cause some problems in the couples sexual relationship. When a couple gets older (50's plus) there is a different kind of love .. peaceful; enjoying each other in different ways and sex becomes further down on the list for various reasons such as illness; Arthritis; libido problems with the male and also females go through hormonal changes at this age, but it's a time to get out and get moving and enjoy life. Love is knowing your partner is there; you laugh together; ride the hardships together and have a trusting bond. Since your wife asks if you love her and if you do then tell her. When we love someone we should tell them that once a day for one never knows if that will be the last time we see them again (illness and death can occur to accidents.) If you are not sure if you love her then you need to question your own feelings as to why you feel this way and it would be a wise decision to see a psychologist just to talk too and have your feelings held in the strictness of confidentiality. Men have a difficult time expressing their feelings and don't often talk to their close male friends about such problems so a psychologist comes in handy where they will give you the tools to know how you feel about your wife and what to do about it and seeing a psychologist is not a stigmatism of whether you are crazy or not. When your wife asks you if you love her and if you do not answer her then you are hurting her feelings and, giving her reason to consider leaving you.
