Washington lived his life centuries before movies were invented. aside from historical documentaries shown in schools ( I can recall some showing a white-haired type in colonial costume with a (period) theodolite in the surveyor role!) I don"t think any movie specifically biographical on Big George were ever done- even during the Bicen tennial when the Patriotic idea was in full overdrive. Some subjects are, well too familiar or close to home. Abraham Lincoln, possibly due to his tragic death and battle backdrop of the Civil war- more modern arms here- yes, several films-including one currently on, have been completed.
