If you make it into a low ponytail then get sisors and cut off the ponytail then if its long enough donate it to a wig making place it looks really good and is short enough to be controllable and stay curly if after you cut the ponytail off it's still to hard to manage find some electric clipes and put on the 1 3/4 inch guard and run them all over your head and when your done it will be manageable I did this once but then ended up shaving my head cause I thought it was to long but if you have to do something you have to keep it 1 3/4 which I thinkis really long so when your done just save your head if you want to of keep it that long but at least cut a large chunk off of how long your hair is now

Generally speaking, most people in the United States will tell you that good service deserves a 15-20% tip. As a former server myself, I tend to give more than 20% to support my fellow industry friends as a sign of solidarity. Also, I'm proud to say that when I was last waiting tables, I averaged above 25% tips, but that's because I was lucky enough to have wonderful regular customers. Truly great service can be rare, but in my opinion, there's no ceiling on what percentage of tip your server deserves. I've given out 100% tips on special occasions when the experience was extremely special and personalized.
