The cracker will lure the parrot to you at Parrot Port and let you get the map piece.
- Get the cracker from the upper left inside Petey's Pub.
- The parrot will say "Squaawk! Jump in the sea, then come and find me." (go into the water by your ship, and swim ashore)
- When you return, he is on the left upper window of the Trading post. Now he will say "Squaawk! Clog the vent, then see where I went."
- Jump atop the ash screen on the chimney of Petey's Pub, to partly stop the smoke.
- Now the parrot is on a palm tree at far right, and will direct you to see its owner, a pirate atop the tall tower near the dock, saying "Squaawk! To the old tower go, and find a pirate I know."
- Go to see the pirate, who will ask you to retrieve his parrot. Use the cracker and the parrot will come to the tower. Click on the pirate to get the map piece. Once you leave the island, the pirate and parrot disappear.
