Use the password ! If you don't have the password - you cannot access it.
Of course, if you do not have a connection to a network, you cannot use network accounts; so the only thing remaining are local accounts. These can be created in the User Accounts applet in Control Panel, if you have sufficient permissions.
User Accounts or Administrative Tools
You need to go to user accounts and create a new user there from the control panel
When one of the Account Lockout Policy settings is enabled in Local Security Policy. you have to manually set accounts to have complex passwords, which only means the password must contain a minimum of 7 characters including caps, symbols, lower-case, and/or numbers.
Ubuntu is a whole operating system, not a simple program. It does not run on top of Windows, but instead of it. Thus user accounts on Vista do not come into play. Ubuntu supports its own user accounts, so once it is installed, no one except the person who installed it can use it unless an account is created for them.
I'm not sure if this works on all Windows versions but on Vista near the 'Log Off' there is a button called 'Switch User'. Click this and it will enable you to switch user accounts without logging off your username.
I think you will have to reinstall the OS. If there are no other user accounts on the computer that another user could use in order to get in, you will need to reinstall Windows :(
In the Control Panel, go to the User Accounts section and then click "Change your account name" If you know how to use paths, then the following path taken from Windows 7 will take you to the screen with the "Change your account name" link "Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\User Accounts"
Guest account is the one where you can set a settings that you need..... For ex. You don't like any1 uninstalling your programs, so in such cases you can use guest account.... In order to activate guest account you have to have a administrator account & it has to be set with a password........ Administration account is normal to control your settings.............
