I assume someone wants to know what Americans have for breakfast. Some just have coffee. Most people have cereal or eggs with something like toast, English muffin, bran muffin, blueberry muffin and if they have plenty of time they might even have an American favorite of bacon, eggs and hash browns or pancakes.
But cereal, toast or muffin will win hands down for a speedy meal. Then there are actually people who will eat doughnuts or other pastries. Kids like cereal. Now i have learning new recipes from a cooking site themasalaroute. It has an amazing collection of healthy breakfast recipes. Then i will try to cook something different everyday.
