just wear a nice dress but if your not into skirts and stuff like that wear leggings. shoes can be flats or heels. converse are pushing it, since some schools will not allow you into the dance with sneakers on If you don't like skirts or dresses just wear a nice pair of pants and a nice shirt (but not a T-shirt, that's pushing it). You could wear a top and a skirt or a plain old NOT over-the-top dress. Shoes? Definitely agree with statement above: Sneakers..is a BIG No-No. The closest thing to sneakers that I'd wear are some NICE loafers/flats, or those elastic sneakers (Rocket Dogs), but I'd only wear them if they matched my outfit (and I hadn't colored on them like SOME people do.)
