First, use a very strict tone of voice, and tell the dog that it is "a bad dog", and put it outside for a while. Then, apologize to the person your dog bit. Last, train your dog to be more friendly towards people. This can be done by giving the dog a treat every time your dog sees someone, to make it associate treats (good) with people.

∙ 14y agoIf you have it then put on some bug bite medicine. I know that isn't something you're looking for. You were probably looking for something more complicated or more fascinating or something but believe me bug bite medicine works the best.

∙ 13y agoClean out the wound with hydrogen peroxide, apply antibiotic ointment, and bandage it. Then try to figure out why the cat bit you.
Kittens will nip when they're playing and have to be trained out of it (usually a firm "No" works, if not you can stop playing with them and ignore them whenever they do it.) Cats who have been abused may have problems with aggressive biting all of their lives, and with these it's best to just give them their space. If an older cat wasn't trained properly as a kitten and play-bites, try smacking them on the head (lightly) when they do it, which is how a mother would discipline them.
If a usually well-behaved cat is suddenly biting, they're probably in pain. Cats are very good at hiding when something is wrong, but they instinctively bite when they're in pain, especially if you try to touch them.
