I know exactly how you feel but you can't do anything to upset your friend. Going after the friend would be wrong and you would hurt probably both of the people you care about in the process. My advice, wait until they are both over each other and then maybe go after them. Until then just be friends with your buddy's friend.

∙ 10y agoThat happened to me and my best friend in highschool, but now we don't talk as much... that's just from my experience though! Other people end up marrying their best friend, so it could go either way. I will say that even though me and her don't talk anymore, it was the best summer of my life but not worth losing her.
