The League of Nations was created after WWI not II. Any surrender treaty in Europe was inconsequential since the Allies completely overran both Italy and Germany there was little to no army of the Axis to fight anymore. In the pacific the Japanese surrendered signing the documents on the USS Missouri during August 1945 after 2 atomic bombs were dropped on Japan. I believe that a German Admiral (Donitz?) also signed some type of document for the surrender of Germany in May 1945, but this was kind of unnecessary because the country had been completely occupied by US, Britain, and French forces from the west and Russian forces from the east.
The United Nations Charter was the document starting the UN.
The League of Nations formally "recognized" its neutrality in 1920.
League of Nations Union was created in 1918.
The league of nations was created out of WWI.
Rugby League Four Nations was created in 2008.
