What does -roll in dota do?

It's used as -roll *value*, where the *value* can by any number from 0 to 1999. So for example if you "-roll 3" you'll get a message that you've rolled 0, 1, 2 or 3. It can be used for a lot of stuff like deciding who'll get a rune or who gets to solo and other stuff. I'll let this open for a while in case there's more feedback from other members on the uses of it.
