It depends on the shape of the lead. If you pound it into a thin sheet and make it into a big sphere so that it displaces more than 100 lbs. of saltwater, then it will weigh nothing and actually float. If you compress it into the smallest solid lump possible, then it will weigh 100 pounds minus the weight of the volume of water displaced.
