1 Corinthians 2:14 14The man without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him, and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually discerned.

This is because the Spirit is God in a form by which He can and will dwell within those who are "in Christ". These are those who have had their sin debt paid for by His self willing sacrifice on our behalf. We all have sinned and the consequence is spiritual death in the Lake of Fire forever. Only by the shedding of blood can the sin debt be satisfied. Jesus is God's love gift by which our sentence is commuted. It is as if by our free will and insistence on rejecting God's rule and becoming our own lord, we have jumped off a skyscrapper and plummeting to sure death (SPLAT!) but God loves the sinner though hating the sin (John 3:16) and sent us a net to save us...that net is the cross of Christ (Isaiah 53). Until then we cannot understand the things of the Spirit...all these so-called psychics are either fakes or they are decieved and are communicating with "familiar spirits.". These are spirits that have been assigned by Satan to individuals and families (that is why they know so much) but they will always say Christ is fiine but you do not really need Him to cross over but they are liars. Follow this mystery...read it carefully as instruction...

Romans 3:23; John 3:3-8; Romans 6:23; through Acts 2:38...

Then find a Bible believing Church and seek the assistance of the Priest or Minister there

From that point on as a new spiritual baby you will learn to read and as you do so prayerfully, the Spirit will open your understanding and lead you into what is is you genuinely seek. The Spirit tells me in your life you still feel something is missing. Something nothing seems to satisfy permanently....that missing something is the Holy Spirit you will receive when you are born into Christ.
