Not sure exactly what you mean, if the ethernet cord connects to the wireless adapter then yes. (Or the wireless dongle plugs into the ethernet port). Can you unplug one then use the other then yes.If you mean can you use a USB wireless dongle and the ethernet connected to the same network then no.
