People are influenced by peer pressure because of a natural desire to fit in and be accepted by their social groups. In many cases, individuals may conform to the behaviors or opinions of others in order to avoid feeling isolated or rejected. Peer pressure can also stem from a desire to be seen as cool, popular, or successful in the eyes of one's peers.
They can ask/threaten you into doing most anything....doing it is up to you. You can invoke your right to legal counsel at anytime, and should.
That depends on the reason for the threat. If your supervisor threatens to fire you because you're not doing your job effectively, there's nothing illegal about that, but if they threaten to fire you in order to intimidate you into doing something illegal, for example, then the supervisor has committed a crime.
You should never threaten someone that they'll die unless they're putting themselves in harms way by doing something reckless. If you're planning to do harm someone and you warn them, the person can have you arrested for terroristic threats.
threaten them by saying "I'll tell if you do it ." if he keeps doing it then tell. he will get in trouble. he will magically stop.
