The teachings of Buddhism, known as the buddha dharma, are intended for the benefit of all sentient beings. However, only human beings are able to hear, understand, and practice the teachings. Buddhism teaches us to have compassion for all beings, especially those beings who are unable to receive the dharma, for example because of the limitation of their intelligence, such as animals. By dedicating the merit of their positive deeds to the benefit of all beings, Buddhists help those beings to be reborn into human form, where they will be able to strive for enlightenment. When we realize that in the course of countless incarnations, all beings have been our mother at one time or another, and tenderly cared for us so that we might have life, the natural response is love and compassion for those beings. Love is the wish that they be happy, and compassion is the wish to relieve their suffering. The ideal of Mahayana Buddhism is to devote one's life to serving all beings so that they might attain the goal of life, which is complete enlightenment and release from samsara, the ceaseless wheel of birth and death in illusion.
Buddhism teaches that all beings are capable of attaining enlightenment and ending suffering. It emphasizes compassion, wisdom, and ethical behavior as the path to achieving spiritual liberation. It promotes the idea of interdependence and the interconnectedness of all beings, encouraging practitioners to cultivate loving-kindness and empathy for all sentient beings.
It teaches us to be kind, generous and compassionate to all beings.
Ultimately all sentient beings will become enlightened and enter into Nirvana.

Hinduism, Buddhism Islam, Judaism and Christianity all teach good things and to do good acts and also teach the code of conduct. All these religions tell you to behave in a specific manner. All these religions teach in worshiping a creator. These religions teach that there is a power above them who created the whole universe and that life is a test. All these religions teach equality and brotherhood.
Buddhism is an offshoot of Hinduism. They both teach breaking the cycle of Karma
It is definitely not supernatural or mystical since we believe in no immortal, omniscient god; but for me I would have to say that it is a compassion and caring for all beings that brings me to Buddhism.
The focus of Buddhism is to alleviate human suffering by leading sentient beings to enlightenment.
Buddhism has no "supreme beings" (god, gods or goddesses) therefore there is no reference to such beings
Buddhism is described as timeless because it offers solutions to the state of suffering that will exisit as long as beings live in Samsara (the form realm); as such it relates to all societies in all ages.
